Returns

  • Returned with original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final-sale items
